Planning an event can get hectic — we make the bar part simple. Below are the most common questions we get about mobile bartending, packages, add-ons, planning, and booking. If you don’t see your question here, send us your date + venue and we’ll guide you.

Ready for a quote?

Share your event date, venue/city, guest count, and service hours — we’ll reply with availability and a clear quote.

  • For weddings and summer weekends, earlier is always better (dates fill quickly). If your event is coming up soon, still reach out — we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on staffing.

  • Your date is secured once we confirm availability, finalize the details, and your booking is completed (as outlined in your service agreement)

  • Yes — weddings, corporate events, birthdays, backyard parties, engagement parties, and more.

  • Absolutely. We can do cocktail hour, full reception service, or both.

  • Event date, venue/city, guest count, service hours, bar setup details (venue bar vs private home), and whether you want signature cocktails/add-ons.

  • Typically the client supplies the alcohol. If you’d like, we’ll create a custom alcohol shopping list with recommended quantities based on your guest count, menu, and event style.

  • We can — it depends on your selected package and add-ons. Many clients love having us handle the details so they don’t have to chase ingredients last minute.

  • Glassware is usually supplied by the venue or client. If you’re unsure what’s needed, we’ll recommend the right types and quantities for your guest count and menu.

  • If your venue has a bar, we’ll use it. For homes/backyards/private spaces, we’ll help you plan a smooth setup and advise what works best for speed and flow.

  • For most events, 1–3 signature cocktails is the sweet spot. It keeps the menu exciting without slowing down service.

  • Yes — tell us what you’re envisioning and we’ll tailor the drink menu accordingly.

  • It depends on guest count and complexity, but here’s a helpful guideline:

    • Up to ~75 guests: 1 bartender (depending on menu)

    • 75–150 guests: 2 bartenders

    • 150+ guests: 2–3+ bartenders
